How does ComCierge connect to nurse call?

Where do the messages and requests go?
If a request can be placed on your existing pillow speaker (like Pain or Water), it will follow the same exact workflow – illuminating the dome light and displaying at the nurse terminals. All other requests can be sent to an app on nurse devices, or to your existing nurse workflow software.

Can patients use other apps alongside?
