PillowCase Assembly
Start by slotting the iPad into the shelf of the PillowCase, and plug the iPad into the charging cable. Before closing the case, make sure that the iPad is sitting flush and level inside the case, and that the charging cable is out the way of the screw holes.
Place the cover over the iPad, making sure the button bump-out is in the top left corner of the case (same side as the front facing camera). Hold both halves tightly together and flip over. Use the provided screws to secure enclosure. If using the security screws, make sure they are flush or recessed after tightening.
SmartHub Install (Optional)
If using Version B or C of the PillowCase, install the SmartHub on the headwall or recessed in an electrical box. Connect the power supply, as well as the nurse call connector. Ensure the magnetic PillowCase cable is P-clamped to the wall to avoid damage to the unit.
Kickstand & Rail Clip (Optional)
Align kickstand screw holes with central the PillowCase screw holes and secure with provided longer screws, after removing the standard PillowCase screws.
Magnetic Cable Lock (Optional)
Mount the lock using two screws, and insert the magnetic cable ~1 foot away from magnet on long end of the cable, push lock to engage latch.
