The LEDs aren’t turning on. What should I check?
Make sure the device is powered using the included 12V 3A power supply and that the 37-pin bed cable is securely connected. If the room is dark, the light sensor may have dimmed the LEDs — increase ambient light to test.
Can I change what the function button does?
Yes. The built-in dynamic button is programmable and can be set to trigger custom workflows based on your facility’s needs.
What types of connections are supported?
HighLight supports both 37-pin and 1/4” plug-ins for bed connection, nurse call output, call cords, and accessories — all routed through seven input/output ports.
How do I know if the bed is connected properly?
The LED indicator will glow green when connected and red when disconnected — providing clear visibility to the care team at a glance.
Is HighLight compatible with any bed or nurse call system?
Yes. HighLight is designed to work universally with any bed type and any 37-pin or 1/4” based nurse call infrastructure.
