HATCHMED Return Policy 

Customized / Made-to-Order Products 

Customized and made-to-order products, including HallMonitor items, cannot be returned or refunded. Any deposits paid for customized products are also non-refundable. 

Standard (Non-Custom) Products 

Standard, non-custom products may be returned if: 

  • The request is within 30 days of receipt. 
  • A valid HatchMed RMA is provided. 
  • Items are unused, in original packaging and condition. 
  • Returns incur a 20% restocking fee. 
  • Customer pays return shipping unless due to HatchMed error or defect. 
  • Used, damaged, incomplete items, or those without an RMA may be refused or charged extra fees. 

Trial Orders 

Trial Order returns follow the conditions and timelines stated in your Trial Agreement. Please check your agreement for details. 

Return Authorization 

All returns must be authorized by HatchMed before sending. Unauthorized returns may be refused or sent back to the sender. To obtain return authorization, email returns@hatchmed.com with the requested information below. Once your return request is approved, our staff will provide you with a Return Material Authorization numberwhich should be clearly attached to the return label or carton. 

RMAs are issued if the following conditions are met: 

  • The return request is submitted in writing to Returns@HatchMed.com within 30 days of receiving the product. 
  • The request includes: 
  • Quantity and description of items to be returned 
  • Reason for return 
  • Confirmation that the product is new, unused, and in its original condition 
  • Valid proof of purchase, such as: 
  • Sales order number from HatchMed 
  • Purchase order number with HatchMed 
  • Copy of sales order from Supplier 
  • Copy of purchase order with Supplier 

Non-Returnable Items 

Products that are customized or made-to-order, items that are used, damaged, or incomplete, returns made without authorization, and returns submitted after the 30-day window are not eligible. 

Warranty 

The Return Policy is independent of warranty coverage; product warranties are governed by the Limited Warranty Statement.
